Trying to take my semi profession cosplay to the next level while bike racing in the US still exists. Wondering what brands people recommend that dont break the bank, and things to look out for (i.e. removable ice packs vs. Integrated)

I got the Inuteq Pac PCM Cooler, really basic. The plastic welds for the straps are pretty fragile, I had to sew one back on
Are you wearing this under a jersey or just using it off the bike before or after a ride?
I’ve just used this before and after a ride, too bulky for during a ride
