Bonk bros is fun
Marginal Gains and The Business of Cycling are podcasts that I listen to regularly.
Screenshots of my cycling & health related podcasts that I listen to. Some of them intermittently others regularly
Fast Talk for training information.
I enjoy ‘Lantern Rouge Cycling Podcast’ for their enthusiasm.
Whilst i don’t condone doping i also enjoy ‘The Move’, more so with the analyst Spencer rather than the LA chat. Need to FF the ads but that’s normal for many podcasts.
If you like cheeky British banter with some insight thrown in then ‘Watts Occuring’ is entertaining.

Lots to check out, thanks!
Also check Mitch Docker’s Life in the Peloton (LitP)
& Bella Molloy’s Seek Travel Ride (she recently interviewed Heinz Stucke - the 51yrs riding around the world guy)
Lantern Rouge for analysis and a bit of humor, the Cycling Podcast for the beauty of cycling, and Life in the Peloton for the fun of cycling.
In the past I listened to The Move a little and there is some great analysis but Lance is quite insufferable particularly when not buffered by the much more likeable Hincampie.
Going to shamelessly plug my own:
We don’t take ourselves too seriously.
Although Aussie based, Stanley Street Social has some excellent racing analysis, largely thanks to Max Gawn (who bizarrely is an Aussie Rules footy player), but also from Luke Plapp for an insider’s view. They don’t do regular episodes, though.
Spencer Martin is pretty solid. Give Beyond the Peloton, his own show, a listen. Not perfect, but none of them are.
For training science and practices, I really can‘t recommend Empirical Cycling enough. Some of the science deep dives go very deep (at times too deep for me) but there‘s a lot of nuance and actionable training advice.
The Slow Ride Podcast for banter. Usually a good time.
Did Not Finish podcast featuring the engaging Cillian Kelly with Harry and Stu from Mitch Docker’s spin off Race Radio ( Docker’s pod also pretty good) . Basically banter but they’ve worked in cycling for a while and it’s often laugh out loud funny with some behind the curtain gossip and obscure stats
My favourite women’s cycling pod at the moment is La course du gossip with floertje macaij and Emma noorsgaard. They’re very open about the challenges and opportunities they face as pros and their race analysis is weirdly excellent.
One of my favourites too - they are quite rude (and very funny) about people in the sport
Quickly becoming my favourite cycling pod. Great banter and cynicism. And what harry did in Jasper Philipsen’s apartment!
Never Strays Far I think is fabulous.
Don’t go in much on the training stuff these days, so will be taking suggestions from others here.
Marginal Gains is often very interesting - it depends!
The Cycling Podcast for serious and thoughtful analysis without being boring. The Slow Ride Podcast for a fun, cycling adjacent chat with mates. Watts Occurring for rider/recent rider perspective. Ones I avoid… Lanterne Rouge - way too self-important with analysis that is so overly dense it doesn’t just put you to sleep, it knocks you unconscious. Unless that appeals, in which case more power to you ![]()
