Crank length and knee angles

Listened to the new performance podcast and was trying to remember what knee angles to look for generally. There were three ranges of them “most probably will cause knee pain”, “might cause pain” , and “probably won’t cause pain”. What were they?

Also I think I remember it was 20 percent of inseam or more accurately 41 percent of tibia length for a ballpark crank length? Is that right?
