Long story short, I need a Scope Artech 4A wheel re-trued after replacing a broken spoke (my fault). I am having a hard time finding someone who is comfortable in the San Jose / Bay area working on this wheel. I have the bespoke spoke wheel and nipple wrench. Any recommendation appreciated!
