has someone found a way to prevent the break hose slipping in Shimano’s TL-BH62? Its really anoying for such a expensive and dedicated tool…

The best way to prevent it is to use something that’s actually capable of the task - Jagwire is your friend.

As an alternative option, the Park Tool HBT-1 Hydraulic Barb Tool is pretty decent too, for including the barb inserter thingamajig.
