Thermal bib longs, with cargo pockets, and NO chamois

Hi brains trust. My commutes are often freezing in the morning 0C/30F and >20C/70F in the afternoon. I wear a pair of thermal bib longs without chamois (Assos) over standard bib Knicks in the morning, then ride home with just the bib Knicks in the afternoon.

I’d love to add cargo pockets to this setup but can not find a pair of bib longs with no chamois and cargo pockets. Can anyone point me in the right direction or offer an alternative?

I don’t want to resort to cargo bib Knicks with leg warmers.

Thanks in advance.

I haven’t searched extensively, but I did find these ones from GripGrab. GripGrab are well known for their gloves and overshoes, but no idea what their general clothing range is like. (They also appear to only have a single pocket, which may not be enough cargo space.) https://www.gripgrab.com/collections/pacr-men/products/pacr-thermal-bib-tights-no-pad

Alternative options:

Running tights? Most have one or two small pockets, typically enough for e.g. a phone and a set of keys.

Could you just wear cargo bib tights on the way there, and just the bib knicks on the way home? I’m sure some of the thicker cargo bib tight options would provide adequate warmth by themselves at 0C. Has the added benefit on not needing to put on pre-worn bib knicks at the end of the day…

Clothing alterations? Would it be feasible to get pockets sewn onto padless bib tights? Or the pad removed from a cheap pair of cargo bib tights?

Do you need cargo space on your legs? Could you get a cargo vest, or a jacket/gilet with pockets (plenty of options with chest pockets if the problem is you’re wearing a backpack). Or on-bike storage - a frame bag or handlebar bag?

Might not quite be what you’re after, but I had good luck carefully removing the chamois from an old pair of winter tights (chamois was worn out but the shell was still good). Now I just wear normal bibs under them. Maybe you can find a used pair of tights and do the same?

Thanks for the responses. I’ve ordered a pair of those gripgrab ones. One pocket shall suffice.
