Seatpost wedge bolt keeps coming loose

Hello,

I have a 2024 Winspace agile & recently the seatpost wedge bolt keeps coming loose and then the seatpost slips. I’ve taken the whole thing apart several times, cleaned it up, applied grease to the threads & carbonpaste to the seat post, torqued to spec (6nm). It will be okay for a couple of rides then work loose.

Think of either using some PTFE tape on the treads or of that fails some blue loctite. Any one had any similar experience?

I doubt the bolt is actually unscrewing. Most likely the seatpost and wedge assembly are settling into position.

Best practice is to tighten the wedge, then firmly push the seatpost fore and aft once or twice and then torque the bolt again. Chances are, the bolt will have lost half its torque value. I repeat until the torque value stabilizes.
