As an owner of 2 Reilly bikes I was quite surprised to hear this, so I did a bit of digging and it’s true.

I’m sorry to have to say that any warranty the new company will give to cutsomers of the previous company will only be of a goodwill nature. The warranty will have died with the liquidation.
