The 13 speed Record groupset has been introduced 2-3 months ago, still I cannot find it anywhere. Do you know when will it be available for the masses?
It’s finally a group that has plenty of low gearing option. I’m undecided between 45/29 and 48/32 with a nice closely spaced 11-32 cassette.
Availability will depend on where you are, and what options you’re after, but most likely the more mainstream road racing sizes will come first. There has reportedly been some stock trickling out in Europe, but not in any quantity. As for the cassettes, IMHO all the options suck to a greater or lesser degree, with fairly unfortunate cog choices once you get past 20T, especially on the 11-32; all the cassettes have the nasty 20-23 gap.
Ciclo Mattia is the only vendor with individual pcs.
Ciclo Corsa has some group sets.
I’m in the USA and just bought and received a rear caliper for an otherwise SR 13 build (it’s a frame compatibility issue) from Excel Sports. Not sure what else they have available, I didn’t look.
Where are you located? Look on Campy’s website and find a Pro Shop near you. If you’re in the US, I know that the main US distributor, Provision Cycling, got the Record groups in stock a few weeks ago. Unless they have already sold out of them (don’t think so, he would have gotten in a very large shipment with another Campy shipment just arriving this past week) any Campy Pro Shop in the US would have an account with them and could order you a groupset today.
Good questions. I recently needed some bottom bracket parts for an 8 year old SR and found little or no stock. Makes me a little concerned beyond the recent Campy reports and whether my next bike should have Dura Ace instead even though the new SR looks so nice.
Most of the Record 13 components have an availability date of July 13 to July 17. I’m okay with that and went to checkout but they won’t ship my order of Record X parts to the US. 
Believe it or not, biketiresdirect just added them to the catalog in USA and EC members get a discount. I think they’re showing mid July availability but I’d expect some delays.
I’m waiting on an Italian frame that was finishing up just before the release and the builder suggested I wait for this gruppo. The small Italian bike shops tend to have tight relationships with Campy and can get stuff well ahead of the rest of the market.

EC discount doesn’t work when I just tried for some WRL13 shifters; “Sorry, Promo CodeESCAPEXBTD2026is not applicable to the items in your cart.” The code also didn’t work when I tried to buy some Assos short there a month ago. I recall that time being told code didn’t apply on discounted items and the shorts were listed $1 below MSRP.
I think there are some brands that prohibit discounts too. I know the code didn’t work when I tried Favero pedals, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Campy blocks it too.
