Recommendation for Presta head/chuck for shop compressor [ideally from Amazon]

I’m learning to loath tubeless.

I’m in desperate need of a presta head/chuck that I can use with my shop compressor and looking for recommendations for something “cheap [$30-40 USD] and effective for the couple of times a year I need it.”

I’m trying to mount tubeless tires and need to blast them with a burst of air so they seat. The chuck I have for inflating car tires isn’t sealing well enough when I use one of those little presta to schrader valve adapters. I’ve got too many decades of home bike maintenance experience to pay a shop to do this for me. It’s just mounting a tire right!?!?

I’m eager to get it via Amazon so I can have it tomorrow. I don’t need pressure accuracy - I need the high volume and high pressure burst.

Did I mention I’m learning to loath Tubeless.

For context I’m mounting 30mm Schwalbe Pro One TLEs to Zipp 303S. I’m not having any trouble getting them on the rim, just getting them to seat. If someone swears by a tube they like with this or a similar set up I all ears.

Update with more context if you haven’t committed to something already:

  • I have one of these, they were recommended by Dave Rome years back on CT. Actually I’ve had two, the newer one has a bigger head and hopefully a more robust seal (couldn’t seem to source seals for the old one).
  • Airflow is huge. Has no problem seating tyres.
  • On my second one I had to loctite in the plunger barrel as it was only press fit in, and blew out, but it has been fine since.
  • There’s no gauge… I added one by adding a (1/8NPT) tee fitting and a small gauge. It’s now much more practical for low pressure use.
  • Strictly Presta only.
