Does anybody here know if Partington Wheels is still in business? I have been trying to contact them for a crash replacement, and they haven’t been responding to emails sent over the last month. They were a bit flaky when I bought the wheels (they were eight weeks late in shipping and didn’t respond or provide updates when they didn’t ship when originally promised). But just not responding at all to warranty claims is … not cool. Last time I had to make some pretty pointed comments to Jon Partington on LinkedIn… this time I will probably just write them off and review bomb them – not my preferred approach, but they are astronomically expensive wheels, with what appears to be astronomically crappy customer service.

I just checked with a friend of mine who used to work there and he told me that there’s no change as far as he’s aware of. They’re still trading.
Maybe consider the possibility that your emails are not actually getting to them? It’s possible your messages are disappearing into junk/clutter or being filtered out by an email security system they might have in place.
Is there another way you could try contacting them? I see they have a contact us form on their website.

Yes, they are bad at customer service. I’ve had issues with them too. They have been ridiculously slow to respond if they respond at all. I like the wheels but wouldn’t buy again. For that price I expect great service

Can confirm that they’re still trading. They just announced a rebrand (in a logo/type sense).

Thanks all and thanks Casey. Very much the way I feel at the moment: good wheels but zero chance I would buy again or recommend. I have been using their contact email and still no response. If they are still trading they don’t deserve to be.
