Does anybody here know if Partington Wheels is still in business? I have been trying to contact them for a crash replacement, and they haven’t been responding to emails sent over the last month. They were a bit flaky when I bought the wheels (they were eight weeks late in shipping and didn’t respond or provide updates when they didn’t ship when originally promised). But just not responding at all to warranty claims is … not cool. Last time I had to make some pretty pointed comments to Jon Partington on LinkedIn… this time I will probably just write them off and review bomb them – not my preferred approach, but they are astronomically expensive wheels, with what appears to be astronomically crappy customer service.
