Has anyone used the never TL Mini Tire Sensor? I saw them on Ben Delany’s The Ride TY Reel and was curious if any made it into the wild.

I have the TL pro on three wheelsets. They are work great and I can see pressure on my Garmin head unit. They can only connect to one thing at once (phone or head unit). Once you know that, connecting is easy. It’s incredible to have pressure dialed in and combat ghost flats. There’s also a ton of variability between my different pumps. 10/10 recommend.
I bought five pairs of the original ones very early on kickstarter. The shipping was delayed pretty long even for kickstarter standards. I’m down to six working units between the original ten. They don’t work well on rims with an inner width under 25 mm. They are not accurate at very low (single digit psi) pressures compared to a couple of handheld gauges (having these in my two fat bike wheelsets was the initial draw). There’s also a surprising amount of valve stems they are not compatible with. It’s on me for never reaching back out for replacements, so I can’t speak to the customer service/warranty aspect.
If the new ones are more reliable, actually shipping, lighter, and smaller than the previous version it could be worth checking out. They threw off the balance in road (32 mm tires) too much for me. MTB and gravel tires was the only place I found them useful. I had the crazy expensive Zipp sensors years ago and these are a better alternative if you know what the limitations are.
Thank you for the information. Very helpful!
I have the Kickstarter Outrider sensors. I have problem installing them onto the valve stems (Fillmore valves) of my Reserve G|25 because of the asymmetric profile of the rim (the valve hole is not centered). I ended up using multiple layers to 3M super strength molding tape to stick them onto the tubeless rim tape. The one issue I have is the Outrider sensor installed in the rear wheel. It frequently disconnects from the Garmin bike computer (Edge 1040 Solar, Edge 840) during the rides. From my test, that’s due to the distance between the sensor and bike computer, that is, if I move the bike computer closer to the rear, there is no issue with connectivity. Outrider suggested enabling bridge mode in the Outrider app on the mobile phone and that seems to have resolved the issue.
From my conversation with Outrider, the new TL Mini is supposed to have improved signal performance.
