Thank you for posting this, this puts me somewhat at ease. I have two POC helmets that are kind of getting old, even though they still function perfectly. They could use a new set of pads, but apart from that I am still happy.
After going through this thread I went out and bought a new helmet.

Me too! My nearly 4 year Abus Gamechanger with 2-4 uses a week all year felt like it had done its time.

C’mon. Next you’re going to tell us that we should wash our bibs after every ride.
I have so many kits, that I just throw the set I just wore for my ride into the hamper for dirty work out gear.
Plus I have taken the helmet into the shower to wash to sweat and salt off of the helmet.
