No I don’t believe so. Ronan was in contact with Factor throughout the whole review period and working together with them to try and ascertain the sources of the pros and cons that were observed in the review.

Really a weird reaction by factor. It would have been a better move to say “we want to give you more time on the bike, try changing your fit in this way, try a longer bar, etc, so you can experience what we had in mind…”
Arguing with reviewers is always a mistake.

I was in contact with Millar & Factor before publishing the review, but I haven’t heard from him since.
