Custom chainring maker in Europe?

Somewhere in (Eastern?) Europe there’s a company that will make rings to order in pretty much any size or BCD. I thought I’d bookmarked them, but can’t find anything. Bike24.com used to sell their rings until IIRC last year, but there’s no sign of them now.

You can specify various things, or they will work from a pic. Google and duckduckgo aren’t finding anything useful but their site was up a few months ago.

NB: I’m not looking for narrow wide rings - those are easy to find.

Any ideas?

Garbaruk? They used to do custom but not sure if they still do. They made me a ring for Rotor Rex direct mount once upon a time.
