I have a Specialized SW Power Cranks dual sided power meter I purchased in 2020. It has been running fine up until recently when it suddenly went from reliably reading a roughly 48/52% (give or take a percent or two) split between left and right to all at once going to 40/60 and worse. As far as I can tell I have not radically changed how I ride nor have I suffered an injury. The bike has not had any serious issues either. Does anyone know about support for these? Specialized does not make them anymore (the app is managed by 4iiii) and I can’t see anything on their support site. I’m seriously considering just biting the bullet and getting the Assioma pedals anyway.
I was aware that they really are a 4iiii product. I might reach out to them and see if they might help.
