I have a pair of Gaerne G Trail with a BOA L6 (I think). They can’t be much older than 2 years.
Lately, I have the impression I have to tighten them during rides, every half hour or so. I’ve not noticed that before.
Is this a known possible issue? Or am I just not tightening enough at the start of my rides?

If your BOAs are actually loosening on their own, you can get warranty replacements from BOA.
Absolutely superb lifetime replacement service, and their website guides you through which product is appropriate; in 2023 they replaced the BOAs for my 2008 Specialized S-works shoes - no questions!
With frequent usage, the ratchets of the Boa dials have been known to slip (since they’re made of plastic). But as @Changren_Yong mentions, the Boa warranty process is just about the easiest claims process I’ve had since time immemorial. Just a few questions like make/model of the shoe, Boa dial model, and you’ll get the dials in your hands in a week or two.
I feel like my Shimano RC903s’ Boas are also loosening up during rides. I don’t hear them backing out, but I do feel like I have to tighten them.
