32" mountain bike in a travel bag

I did actually manage to get a 32” wheeled mountain bike into an EVOC travel case. I had to remove the valve core, let out all the air, work the wheel in place, and then inflate back up to just under 10psi to hopefully keep it seated during travel. Just posting up to dispel another assumption about the drawbacks of a 32” wheel. Obviously, what’s working for me might not work for others, and it was more hassle than just tossing a 29er in there.

Thanks Rich!

Sounds like a bit of a faff, but good to know it’s possible.

If I open my bag, and there’s sealant everywhere, definitely a faff. Also, if I was a pro mechanic loading multiple bikes into multiple bags, I’d ask for a raise.
