put a fabric covering over it. No solution the UCI âinventsâ is ever going to compete with a commercial offering for connectivity. If this is really about of the rider safety / being able to track where riders are at all times and know when theyâve crashed - which in itself would be a side benefit for tracking number of crashes in a race, where they happen, what speed the rider was going, etc. - then go with a solution that is readily available now
