I noticed this too. I was actually a little surprised to see her racing. I could swear she retired before COVID.
So maybe this is her rig from almost decade ago…
I think she raced the last/previous edition of this race on same team as Evie Stevens?
She did retire and un-retired this year. In fact, she won the Philadelphia Cycling Classic in 2016. Given that she finished 10th against women practically half her age, she hasn’t been loafing around during retirement! I’m very impressed.
