What is the definition of golden hour? How is it different than after dark?
My perception is that Golden Hour tries to remain at least tangentially related to cycling, in a much more informal format than the regular show attempts to maintain. After Dark is what happens when you watch Spongebob at 2 am in a hyper-actively over-tired state, having been awake for 18 hours straight with a 100 mile ride, a solid lawn mowing, and a three hour shopping trip with the wife happening somewhere in that timeframe.
