Any experience riding these or similar group ratios with 165mm cranks? Would I need a bigger set of chain rings?
In theory you will want to maintain a higher cadence with shorter cranks. Intuitively your foot speed stays the same and the circles are smaller so you do more of them. To get a higher cadence at the same speed you want slightly smaller chainrings. But in practice I would not worry about this, it is marginal.
