2016-2018 Cervelo S5 Brake Plate (rim brake)

I’ve just bought a 2016 Cervelo S5 but it’s missing the brake plate to mount the rear rim break. The part number is BRP-S5D-LG. There are old links to Excel Sports in the USA and Bikes n Bits in Singapore, but nothing in the UK or Europe.

I’ve contacted Cervelo and local bike shop, but thought I’d ask here too.

Any ideas where I could find one, or failing that does anyone have a CAD file for it so in the worst case I could get something made?
